Shipping Information

Pre-Order Items: All Pre-Order items will be clearly labelled on product page. We will email / text you once items come in stock. If it does not say pre-order, the item is available in our Auckland Store. 

Click & Collect Please pickup from our store at: 225B Bush Road, Rosedale. Opening hours between 1st September ~ 31st March: Working days 10am - 5pm,Saturday 10am - 3pm. Closed on Sundays and public holidays. Opening hours between 1st April ~ 31st August: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 10am - 5pm, Saturday 10am - 3pm. Closed on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Small Items will be dispatched using Courier Post, deliver time frame:

North Island: 1-2 working days. 

South Island: 2-3 working days. 

Rural areas might take a few more days.  

Tracking number will be emailed once dispatched.   

Large Items like kayaks and fiberglass SUP will be dispatched to local freight depot near you by StraitNZ Freight. Normally it will take 2-3 days to deliver to most freight depots.

If you don't receive any updates regarding your order after 48 hours, please email or call us to confirm. 

All deliveries are signature required by standard, unless required non signature by customer in the order comment. Please check the package to see if any damage before sign "received in good condition". If you found puncture / crease / breakage on package that indicate a damage, or if you are not sure, please sign the paperwork as "to be inspected". If you find the product damaged upon arrival please advise the freight company and notify us right away . we will send replacement once confirmed. You must notify us of any damage within 24 hours of delivery. 

What happens if the wrong shipping option was chosen: Please call us and advise the order number, we will update your invoice manually. Otherwise if we picked up something we will email you to confirm.
