Please choose shipping option on each product page - shipping options.
For small sized products we offer free store pickup, free shipping if order total over $100, or free combined shipping if you already paid shipping for another same size or larger item. Some medium sized parcels won't be able to combine shipping though.
For large sized products like kayaks and Stand Up Paddle Boards we offer free store pickup, or please choose your shipping area and delivery options on product page. No shipping will be calculated on checkout page. Please note that freight company does not provide to door services in some areas. If that case we will contact you and see if possible to arrange depot pickup.
Small/Medium size items will be dispatched via Courier Post NZ or fastway, tracking number will be sent via email automatically. Please note that all parcels are by standard signature required. If it is safe to leave the parcel somewhere without signature please leave a message when placing an order. We don't deliver to PO Boxes.
Large items such as kayaks and SUPs will be delivered by StraitNZ Freight or Til Freight. Please advise your contact number so that truck driver can contact you before delivery. Delivery for large items is by standard to local depot only. Deliver to Residential address will cost $50 more than depot delivery. If your address is over 10 km out of city center area freight company may charge extra to deliver to door. In that case we will email / text you to confirm. In very few rare cases there are centain areas that no freight company can arrange deliver to door, we will contact you to arrange.
Dispatch: We aim to dispatch all orders within next working day of purchase, but some products that require assembly may take up to 3 working days before dispatch.
Delivery timeframe: to north island normally takes 1-2 working days, and 2-3 days to south island. Rural address may take 1-2 extra days. If your address is not listed in the pre-loaded shipping locations or if you are not sure, please contact us 09-4147289 or email WavePassionOutlet@texpro.co.nz to confirm.
All deliveries are signature required, unless required non signature by customer in the order comment. Please check the package to see if any damage before sign "received in good condition". If you found puncture / crease / breakage on package that indicate a damage, or if you are not sure, please sign the paperwork as "to be inspected". If you find the product damaged upon arrival please advise the freight company and notify us right away . we will send replacement once confirmed. You must notify us of any damage within 24 hours of delivery.
What happens if customer paid too much for shipping: We will make a refund accordingly if we noticed over payment, or please email us and we will process it manually.
What happens if customer choose the wrong shipping option: Please email or call us and advise the order number, we will update your invoice manually. Otherwise if we picked up something we will email you to confirm.
