I was looking for a platform that would allow me to fish, Lakes, Rivers and Seas.

Initially I was considering a two seater, but as these are a little bigger, I went for a smaller, though not too small, faster model. I've spoken to another Fisherman, who also bought the Elite4, and he is very impressed.

The 'Yak itself, is easy for one person to lift, it has a range of seats, four rod holders as standard, two hatches (1 tackle, 1 hull), several scuppers, a rudder, a anchor trolley, a paddle, and plenty of D ring attachment points, and recesses on the bottom, for fish finder installation.

I have to say that I'm very impressed by the quality and design of this 'Yak and when compared to other fishing 'Yaks, this one is a great choice!

I can't say enough good things about this 'Yak. To paraphrase Spinal Tap - "11 out of10"

Great boat, great service.

BTW I am not affiliated with the Wave Passion folk, nice though they are.

I've just bought my first kayak a FishMaster Elite4. I will confess price was a big deal and I'd looked at new and second hand but none would come close to the size and accessories provided on this rig.
As a real novice, I was suprised just how easy this yak was to get in into and set off. It seems light and very stable I'm a big bloke and it didn't wobble at all. The seat provided was good the sitting position comfortable. The foot operated rudder keeps it straight and easy to turn. There is plenty of room behind the paddler for gear and the front console is perfect for tackle. My partner is 5'2 and 52kg she found it easy to manoeuvre and simple to paddle (damn it) now she's talking about getting an Ambush.
In conclusion at this stage I couldn't be happier. No doubt with a few more seasons under my belt I’ll be able look more critically at my purchase, but as a ridiculously cheap way of getting out on the water this hits all the right buttons
